Maybe consider the ultrawide 21:9 monitors. It's like having 2 monitors in 1 without the bezel interruption. Works great for games that do support them and movies are a great experience.

Have the monitor from 2 months now. Which AIB card is out for Rx480? I didn't see any yet and I've been watching the nowinstock.net site a lot. Rx480 should be more than enough to handle my the 2560x1080 resolution for a couple of years I believe. But I'm just wondering more on the VR performance.

It's not the Wii being weak because it will not be stretching resolution. Your new TV will be the one stretching it. Should not be effecting the performance from TV to TV technically. Did you try it again on your old TV?

I have a setup where my PC is connected to a main gaming monitor as well as my Full HD TV and I will be gaming while watching movies on the TV. The performance does not seem to be effected more than 1 or 2 FPS when the TV is completely disconnected. And yeah, I'm gaming on a 6870.
