hello, i have now got the case and have switched the cases and the thing i used for the power sw +, - and that i used the front panel that was this: http://prntscr.com/doo8ai but there still is a problem with the case fans, i have 4 now but only one of them is working, i plugged the fan wires...

i have a radeon r9 390 and my pc has been doing fine the past year ive had it until now suddenly it sucks at gaming, i can run rocket league on just under 40fps with everything on highest resolution. and i cant play vr games anymore beacuse theyre lagging all the time. this problem started...
