It would be strange, in my mind, that epic games software would fail to see 2 of 4 logical cores due to RAM speed, however...these days nothing is surprising.

After downloading the file (on hp's support page the only options for OS are WIN7 or WIN8 so i selected WIN8 (64bit)...WIN10 is NOT an option) the file extracts and begins to install. Halfway through the install it says that we are not running the correct version of windows for this update.
