Recently my turtle beach px21 headset have broken and so to fill the gap between getting a new headset I have had to use my webcam (Logitech C525). The webcam works perfectly in every way other than as a speaker, absolutely no sound comes out of it and it is not recognised in playback settings...

When I first open task manager I see 100% cpu usage. Then it goes down to 20-40%.The reason I am asking this is because everything on my computer is being laggy and frames are dropping even just on chrome etc. So yeah, any replies would be appreciated.

My psu which is a xigmatek 400w power supply has a 20+4 power connector.Can this be used instead of the one 6 pin and one 8 pin the gtx 960 requires?
