Did you manage to figure anything out? I'm having a similar issue. I disable my turbo on i7 9700k and system is stable. No crash. I turn it on, crashes are intermitted.

At 3200mhz, and 2666mhz the system freezes. It has yet to do so at 2133mhz.

I've done that, and running test now with the RAM at 3200MHz. On the Intel website, it states that the supported memory for i7 9700k is 2666MHz. Could this be the issue?
