Okay, so I’m helping my friend with his build and it doesn’t want to boot. The specs are.. Board - MSI Tomahawk 450 CPU - 2700x RAM - Ballistix 3200 PSU - Rosewill RD700 GPU - Radeon 5700 I’ve checked the GPU with my build and it seemed to work fine. I’m seeing the red CPU light on the board...

He said that he thinks it’s a gpu issue, but I’m not sure.
