Maybe you have to install the drivers for your Soundcard. Or maybe some software is needed to do that. -

It maybe your Motherboard's problem. Can your GPU on other motherboard maybe that can detect your problem or maybe your GPU has some faulty parts.- Devarsh

It depends on your CPU, if you have AMD CPU then RX 580 is the best choice. The GTX 1060 will also provide better frame rates at some games. You can compare both GPUs at game-debate.com or you can check the frame rate difference at youtube.- Devarsh
