hi guys. i want to ask you what is better, a rx 580 with feresync or a 1060. (the g-sync monitor is too expensive for me)

It depends on your CPU, if you have AMD CPU then RX 580 is the best choice. The GTX 1060 will also provide better frame rates at some games. You can compare both GPUs at game-debate.com or you can check the frame rate difference at youtube.
