    yea it was cross border from Canada to the US so we had to pay for that, and we always did EVGA Advanced RMA so we were receiving a new unit each time.     Update: even THO we DID RMA the EVGA PSU about 3-4 times already it turned out that EVGA was always sending US a faulty unit and they wasted 2 months of our time. NOT ONLY THIS but even tho we told the REP that they were sending us a faulty unit each time he still would not give us a replacement...
