Windows 10, I went for holding Shift on Restart and afterwards Reset my PC, all files and everything.. No reason, just to clean up disks. And blackout came -.- should I go format it? What does it mean

first of all you cant compare 780ti with 1060, only 970-980-ti are comparable with 1060 if they are overclocked maybe 1070... nvm about gpu, im guessing its the game optimization! Its very bad, i got ryzen 7 2700x and gtx 1060 with 6gbs and yet Apex can be laggy in a moments!

now im kinda freaking out it passed 12 hours and still same problem, CPU isnt working does anyone know at least why? sorry for double messege..

well i did opened my pc and giving my best to open heatsink to get access to cpu but i couldnt do it all the way because of cables, i dont want to screw there something up, so its all good, before my cleaning process it was all cool :/

How to keep them down? Im guessing I do have it, havent really bought it directly from Nvidia or Asus but its shouldnt be a problem. Dont want to fry it because of the bigger screen honestly so if there is a problem in my question I deffinetly dont mind it :D
