was in the documents, i had windows 7, then updated to windows 10, had an issue downgraded to windows 7 then upgraded to windows 10 and their they were, new time stamps.

i Have 4 files that are 3 years old. But after Windows 10 update the timestamps were changed to recent. Can anyone please explain?

ok, so..... no matter what res i choose i still have same thing. i changed every setting one at a time in nvidia control panel, reset everything to default. still the same flicker. i have no clue how to fix it. is there anything i can give you more of to help me find the issue?
