Updateing to Windows 10 Timestamp issue

i Have 4 files that are 3 years old. But after Windows 10 update the timestamps were changed to recent. Can anyone please explain?

Which files are they? If they are system files the timestamps are supposed to change. (Update modified those files, etc.)

They are Pictures .Pgn

If it is in the Windows picture folder, depends on the update. The update most likely modified that "pictures" folder which also modifies the timestamps of the files inside of that folder

was in the documents, i had windows 7, then updated to windows 10, had an issue downgraded to windows 7 then upgraded to windows 10 and their they were, new time stamps.
