Specs r7 7800x3d tforce 32gb ddr5 cl 30 Asus Rx 9070xt gigabyte Eagle x870 Kingston 1tb nvme thermalrigth core aio, super flower 1000W gold psu

Just build it today system keeps on shutting down when I'm going to install windows I repeated the cpu re seated ram changed thermal paste checked MOBO pins checked psu connections Idk what's going on I still have warranty should I get the motherboard replaced also the aio fans ramp up to like max speed

Verify that I found the applicable motherboard User Manual.

Refer to the User Manual and go page by page to double check everything. Pay close attention to all fine print, warnings, and diagrams. Case connections can be confusing and get mixed up - read/look carefully.

Verify by sight and feel that all connectors, cards, RAM, jumpers, and case connections are fully and firmly in place.

No one wants to force anything especially with a new build. However, what seems to be securely in place is not....

Power down, unplug, open the case.

Carefully and methodically unplug/replug, unseat/reseat, etc. all components. Maybe a couple of times each.

Leave the CPU alone for now.

You may discover that something suddenly goes much more smoothly and firmly into place.
