Well, depend on the game you said earlier, Nvidia can reach higher fps but experience stuttering(sudden fps drop), while Amd keep the fps more stable(based on my experience with both cards). That's why i reccomend you to get an r9 390 because your psu is still capable for that.

No no no, it's not the same socket. 2nd and 3rd gen of intel processors use socket lga1155, while 6th gen use socket lga1151. It won't fit no matter what you try. i7 3770 won't bottleneck a gtx1080, except you use multi gpu configuration/SLI. That's still a good processor, though.

Yes it does. Intel still have weak intergrated graphics(except broadwell series/iris). I have that vga in my rig and it does the job well. But, if you have some more bucks, i reccomend you to pick a basic gtx960 because it's perfromance(or pick r9 380 instead if you have good psu).

Hd 7850 is way better than gtx 650. It's on par with 650ti boost edition. I would pick the 7850 as you can get decent graphics card at decent prices(as you can have 2 of them for about 100USD lol.

I can play far cry 4 high preset for avg.50 fps(around 43-62fps). But i suggest you get a gtx 750ti instead of r7 360. Less power consumption, better optimization, better driver support by just add for 10 bucks more(pick zotac because it's have more value for money than asus/gigabyte).
