Overclocking with stock coolers.

I currently have and amd x4 860k, and it is getting kind of old. I was wondering if I could overclock it with it's stock cooler, or if I would need to upgrade to an aftermarket. I am currently using an MSI a68hi ac min itx fm2+ board

No oc with stock cooler or your processor gonna fried.
You can get Raijintek Aidos or Deepcool Gammaxx 400(They priced around 30USD) and they capable of medium oc(up to 4,2GHz(can be higher) for your processor).
Or if you have some money, you can get a liqud cooling for high oc(up to 4,6GHz(or higher))
