I solved the problem, it was the ram, not sure if faulty or not compatible ( it worked in My friend's PC).

Thanks for your reply, DOCP is disabled, already swapped the ram sticks and tried every slot individually with both sticks, same problem. My ram is 2x8gb g.skill ripjaws 3600mhz btw.
