I have 2 different phones from different companies with 2 different sims from the same company. Im using mobile network , not wifi. And how do i make a network profile on a phone?? Also i only get h+ signal on the new phone

I have two phones with sims from the same company. One has normal speed with a very good signal while the other which i just bought has a speed much lower than the other with a worse signal. Why do you think that happens?? Plz help me out with this because im gonna be giving my old phone out...
