I found why, my power supply is not enough strong to keep it 100% alive, so after i changed it, problems disappeared. Also my vga to hdmi was bad too!

Is it maybe problem with Hz? I changed now from 60 to 59 and i will try if it works. Thanks for even answering!

Well, i have serious problem! I have a HD7770 GPU and it has only DVI, HDMI and Display Port on it. So after i bought a HDMi to VGA adapter it worked fine couple days and now when i try to run on pc while my vga is pluged in monitor it won't start, so i have to unplug monitor from HDMI to VGA...

No, the mouse was sitting in my closet, and when mom cleaning it got accidentally cut by the door of the closet. Well i know its cheap but i wanna fix it :D

Well, I had a mouse which is mechanical and work perfect but the main problem is my wires got cut accidentally. So I took solder iron and desolder wires (I TOOK PICTURE HOW WIRES WAS SOLDERED) and solder a USB cable from older one, I did all close and slow so I don't break or desolder unwanted...

Well here is: I tested MalwareBytes and it fixed when windows power on no small box sized cmd started and explorer start fine. Still 3. When i try to run cmd with "Run As Administrator" it again start in small size box and close
