I normally had adata xpg 8gb 2800mhz 17 cas. And I upgraded to g skill ripjaws 5 16gb 3000mhz 15 cas. After upgrading my gaming performance went down. Could it be because the g skill ram was used and bought off ebay? And if you know what the problem is can you also tell me how to fix it? Thank you

I am getting new 16gb ram. But I am not sure which to get. One has 15 cas and the other has 14. But the one with 14 cas has 2133mhz. But the one with 15 cas has 2400mhz. So can somebody please tell me which ram would give me better perfomance

I got a GeForce gtx 770. When I checked the amount of shared ram it's says 4gb. So does anyone know how to decrease the amount of shared ram an a GeForce gtx 770? My OS is windows 10.
