    First boot, stock fan and custom airblock

    For the initial boot of my new system is it necessary I put on the stock fan for the cpu, or can I get away with leaving it raw? I have a custom air cooler I want to attach, but I really don't want the hassle of putting on the stock fan to only take it off.
