Windows 10 home Corsair CX750M about a year or so old. Everything is up to date as far as I know, including Nvidia drivers. I reformatted about 4 months ago and made everything current.

After a little research it looks like you will need to replace the broken blade as it will wear on the motor being out of balance. Sorry for the incorrect info before.

Hmmm. If it spins it shouldn't mess with the performance too much, and if you switch out the fan blade you could damage the GPU. I don't think there are replacement RGB blades for the card you are using, but there are standard ones if you are looking to try and repair it. Here's an eBay link...

Have you tried adjusting the resolution on of the game on your laptop? Mabye try running it in a window on your laptop and see if that smooths anything out. You should be able to make it a borderless window so you won't lose any screensize if that's what your going for using a monitor with a laptop.
