Hey guys, I recently figured out that one of my ram is running faster than the other. (one is running at 2400mhz and the other is running at 2133 mhz??) Does this cause any sort of bottleneck and is there a way to fix it?

hey guys so i discovered this program that supposingly "boosts" your fps but it sounds too good to be true called razer cortex. I just wanted to ask anyone who really has gotten a boost from it? I've tried it myself and see no differences and I dont know if it's just me.
