sorry for the late response. The only printer I have is now connected via usb to the PC and I'm still having issues.

I have turned off everything for online based Office. No syncing to onedrive. Nothing like that at all. I am hardwired to my modem and I dont have "slow" internet. I have 150 mbps.

No add-ins Yes I have disabled hardware acceleration I am not live syncing I very VERY rarely print. I haven't printed since I built this PC.

I know, that's why I'm super confused about it. I don't know what to do at this point. It's just frustrating.
