in terms of warranty, the antec also comes with 5 year warranty.
I say both psu's will do you fine.
What you should really consider is price. The antec is $20 dollars cheaper. And, actually antec trio has 42amps on 12v rail while the corsair has 40amps.
Like what I said earlier, if you don't...
you should check out "psu reference list" made by mpilchfamily
he has spent a lot of time preparing "High quality psu"list with reviews and specifications.
if you are looking for something quite go with corsair
if you don't mind the noise, both psu will do you good.
I personally own the trio 550W and the 12cm fan is not as quite as I thought it would be. (It's not loud, but not silent)
i agree with "apt403" . The Thermaltake might be cheaper and you might be able to get a higher wattage psu, but I recommend you go Corsair. Like what joex444 said, the corsair psu's are made by Seasonic. All the Seasonic psu's are dead quite with high quality components, so I suggest you go with...
if your talking about zalman 600w its an excellent psu; however it is not "dead quite".
If you want something really quite, try SEASONIC.
heres a review of the zalman psu, and read the last paragraph in the conclusion part.

what do you mean it doesnt make sense,
i m pretty sure i said it clearly enough to understand.
he needs a quality psu and he did "MENTIONED" his price range, so I recommended what it was best for him at his price range.
I know the OCZ are better, but for his system I think its overkill.
I recently got the antec trio 550W and it runs rock solid(although my video card is x700) im planning to upgrade to a dx10 card real soon. Anyways, Antec trio 550W will handle your needs, but I have to admit there are better products for $$$
i would this psu instead
if this is out of ur price range , this is also another option
the enermax liberty has been doing very well lately, so i suggest u go with enermax.
PROBLEM SOLVED!
it was the psu...
after getting a new one, it works fine! rock solid
thank god the psu didnt take my mobo with it...
thanks everyone , problem has been solved
ps. i was looking forward getting the OCZ 600W , but they didnt have in stock so i got this instead.
