stock intel cooler yep, I used the cooler that came with the box. idk about the lack of thermal, tho. been using it out of the box for 3-4 years, I think. haven't messed around with the CPU that much after that. I'll see if it's secured or not later, I'll get a new thermal paste too, while at that.
