Question PC turns off immediately first before turning on normally

Says "System power fault triggered due to power surge detected during previous boot up to protect system from unstable PSU" in bios text before proceeding normally to windows. Is this something I have to be concerned about? Been happening since Oct 1st night Is this a PSU problem? I have the Seasonic Focus Plus Gold PSU.

CPU: i5-9400F
CPU cooler: stock
Motherboard: MSI H310I PRO (7B80v1A)
Ram: Klevv 16GB DDR4 2666
SSD/HDD: Ballista ADV 2280 512GB, Seagate Barracuda 1TB
GPU: RTX 2080
PSU: Seasonic Focus Plus Gold 550w (5yo)
Chassis: Cougar QBX
OS: Win 11
Monitor: Xiaomi A27i

Been happening since Oct 1st night Is this a PSU problem? I have the Seasonic Focus Plus Gold PSU.
When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:

include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.

Can you relocate to another wall outlet? Can you source another PSU from a friend or neighbor, who owns a reliably built unit to see if the issue persists?
