BCLK overclocking is no problem at all on very CPU but how is with side effects? BCLK is 100MHz and all timings are calculated for 100MHz value, eg timers.

Today is no problem to create a custom CPU or any type of chip. What you need is VHDL knowledge and some 10 000 - 20 000 Eur to spare. But much simpler solution is to use free ARM Cortex M0 or RISC-V design and a FPGA of some 500 Eur.

Real test must ensure both RAMs have identical latencies, only different frequency could be allowed but better to keep same. Also what matters is number of blocks (pages) in DDR chips. Also when specifying benchmark results please specify is higher number better or worse!

Typical crappy QLC endurance - cca 200 TBW. Absolutely nothing special in quality and price. Samsung 970 Evo Plus 2TB is same price, 306 Eur and endurance is 600 TBW per TB!!! So, 2TB Samsung endurance is 1200 TBW (vs 450 for this one).

4800 CL40 gives 16.6 ns latency. Mine 3600 CL18 are 10ns or 3466 CL16 which are 9.2ns. Not sure is this increase latency cause of ECC. But for almost double price does it makes sense?
