Put in the new card today, identical symptoms, fan spins up really fast, no display. The power supply I have is a Thermaltake TR2 RX 750W Bronze, which I believe is well above the minimum requirements for the card.

Yes I tried that and just taking it out and putting it back in, it still did the same thing after both.

The processor is an i7 4770k and motherboard is a Z87-G45 gaming motherboard, and I removed the card from the computer so it is currently running off the onboard video.
