also i am using an MSI motherboard so i might need help finding settings in my BIOS

it is not, i did update the situation on that thread though.

once i remove the flash drive, my board doesnt recognize the SSD as one of the UEFI boot options, so when i switch to legacy and UEFI the drive appears but doesnt display the “U” in the top right corner like my other bootable drives.

i did that, but it only boots to BIOS, any troubleshooting i can do?

once i finished following your instructions and the installation finished, the windows setup menu appeared again. i dont want to touch anything, as i really dont know what im doing. anything i should do? change BIOS boot order?

im having a new problem, which is that once windows is done installing and restarts, it loads back into the boot media screen even after i change the boot order in BIOS.

I removed the boot media drive to boot to my SSD, but it posts to select boot media drive, even though i have in BIOS

i made sure that my mb is using AHCI and it allowed me to install, but once it restarts after the installation the boot media drive menu appears.

after i clean install and change the boot order in BIOS, i cant get it to post. Should i diskpart wipe the SSD and try again?
