  NEVER EVER EVER EVER use the old psu cables. They make look identical but could be wired differently. You’re fortunate you didn’t fry...

  Fixed ! I feel kinda dumb but I was kinda lazy went changing the psu and used the same cords from my old psu since they looked identical...

  Compatible, yes (with motherboard BIOS update for the new CPU). I am not a fan of your current PSU and would recommend you upgrade it...
