I fixed the problem. Fresh OS install did the trick!

Cannot boot my Laptop since not all cores are enables. I get lots of errors like CRITICAL_SERVICE_FAILED etc. I can access CMD via BSOD. So how do I then go forward?

I essentially need to do what this guy did. https://appuals.com/restore-processors-system-configuration-windows-10/ but from CMD or BIOS somehow. When I try to enter Safe Mode I get Stop Code: BAD_SYSTEM_CONFIG_INFO

Thanks for the tip, but the pc won't boot into the home page. It automaticaly goes into repair mode, i'm able to access the bios if that helps?
