    The R7 250 is a pretty old card. If you bought a used card, there is a chance that the thermal pads and GPU thermal paste are not enough.

    What is your system specs? If you have internal gpu, use onboard output and uninstall the old drivers with DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller). Then install RTX 3080 and install the newest Nvidia driver.
