I did a bios update once the system initially powered up as I was version behind. I contacted Corsair and tried different troubleshooting options and they deemed it a pump failure. Returned the cooler and went with a different brand. Thank you for the help.

I've been trhough all the setting and tools and there is no options for Q-Fan. There was a SMART fan controller setting either on or off it didn't change anything. I researched a Q-Fan setting and there doesn't seen that settings for this MB.

Thank you all for the responses I have just return the MB and CPU not really solving the issue, for a different brand MB and replacement CPU. All is working with both now.

Already tried all those options and I'm going with a dead MB. Opted to return to MB and CPU. Thank you.

Tried reseating the RAM. Also tried putting the RAM in different slots. Also removed all the RAM and M.2. All I had was CPU and motherboard and tried to power on. No lights or beeps or anything.

I unplugged all connections and reconnected everything, like I was doing the build all over again.
