Would u know off any that u recommend to use and how i would go aboud minimizing the problem like a tutorial or guide?

So i had a vhs tape and decided to convert it to an mp3 file but because the tape was old the audio was crackling even when we put it in the vhs player, is there and way i could reduce or get rid of it? here is a sample

sometimes it goes up to 100% when watching yt, playing a game or something like that and makes the rest of the pc slow but sometimes it goes to like 3% for 1 second and starts to rise again

I have had this problem from the beginning of my build but my pc is going to 100% disk usage, im am starting to think it was a building problem or os problem as i have try so many other fixes but none of them work. just ask if u need specs

I have a problem with my windows 10 where it thinks i am pressing tab when i enter the windows search bar or anything to do with windows? this does not happen on any other program or software.

I am currently using a gigabyte Mobo Gigabyte 970A-DS3P with an FX-8350 and want to switch Mobo to an Asus AM3+ one, how would I do this? Uninstall all Mobo drivers? reinstall Windows? Also if I had to uninstall windows how do I back up my stuff? Thanks Ethan

Continuing from my last post I got a new motherboard and a PC shop repairs and fixed everything, it worked for a whole month no errors , I was just playing fortnite and then i got a BSOD saying MEMORY_MANAGEMENT not sure what to do, should I take it back or try fix it myself

the only other primary partition is an msr reserve shall we format that? or delete it?
