Hi, I have a desktop having Zebronics ZX-H81 motherboard, i3 processor, 4GB DDR3 RAM. The issue is the SMPS is not turning on while connecting to motherboard. I have tried to turn on the mother board directly short the power button pins, but its not working. Also I separately checked the SMPS by...
