I'm debating on getting a gtx 960 or 970. I know that it wont bottleneck the 960, but I want to be sure if it wont bottleneck the 970. And if i have too is the amd fx-8350 a good choice? And I would also like some help picking out a PSU for this as well since I currently only have a 400w.
