Gtx 970 with amd Fx-6300 (not overclocked) will it bottleneck the gpu?

I'm debating on getting a gtx 960 or 970. I know that it wont bottleneck the 960, but I want to be sure if it wont bottleneck the 970. And if i have too is the amd fx-8350 a good choice? And I would also like some help picking out a PSU for this as well since I currently only have a 400w.

Well my PSU is ATX 400W, SL-F400
Motherboard is 760gma-p34
Gpu is evga gtx 750
2x4gb ram

Yes you need a new psu for sure. Also, do NOT get a 125w cpu for that motherboard. It is NOT good enough. I would probably not expect to get a significant overclock either.

Yes you need a new psu for sure. Also, do NOT get a 125w cpu for that motherboard. It is NOT good enough. I would probably not expect to get a significant overclock either.

But if i just stick with the 6300 and upgrade my psu you think ill be fine?

You need a complete PC overhaul. I don't think I would get a 970 right now. MAYBE a GTX960 or 950. You need to get a better psu and probably look to get a new motherboard/cpu combo, or at the very least a better AM3+ motherboard.
