Hi, going to upgrade to a i7 14700k and i’m wondering if there would be a significant performance gain from upgrading from 3200mhz ddr4 to 4600mhz (max my mobo supports). I’m hoping 3200mhz is ok for now as next upgrade i’ll likely take the leap to AM5 but the budget doesn’t stretch to new cpu...

I don’t see how that has anything to do with it, it’s a 1080ti though which doesn’t get bottlenecked. I’m asking if the significantly more powerful rtx 2080ti will be bottlenecked
