The noise is regular fan noise just very loud so i thought it meant that fans were spinning at full capacity.
Motherboard is new maybe like a month old.

It was working well for 2 months then suddenly something happened and it stopped working. I also had a RX 470 i tried installing that one but it still didn't work. I have had this psu for 5 years
The system worked without any problems.
All the parts are new just except the PSU and the Case.

Sorry for the late reply. Yes it did work before without any problems. I removed the graphics card and the computer turned on again. Apparently the problem is the graphics card but i don't understand...
When i tried to turn on the computer it didn't. All the lights including keyboard and mouse light turned on the fans were spinning at full speed but there was no display. All the components are fairly new except the power supply.
Edit: Also there when i clicked on the mouse there was a sound...
