I mean not really, but nothing smells fried or anything, all cables all still intact. im thinking, if i cant even jump the motherboard, then theres something wrong with it?

i’ve already spent a buunch of time on this pc just for this to happen, i just sold my 1300$ PC because i just couldn’t use all of its potential. Therefore i wanted a little cheaper one.
