As far as I understood it, the mouse is plug and play? So no need for drivers. You could try to update (or install) new drivers for the mouse. If this cannot be done, or if it still does not work properly, I'd advise you to get a refund and get another mouse.

Hello reeznah, Changing the thermal paste of the GPU is a good idea. I advise you to buy some quality thermal paste (I used Noctua NT-H1 myself). Another thing worth considering is the state of cooling inside your chassis. Are you using fans? Do all of them work properly? Best, Elated
