In Canada the 580 costs 400$CA with taxes. I can only get about 200$CA if I sell both 280X on kijiji. I play at 1080p CS:GO, Quake champions, Combat Arms, Assassins Creed series, FIFA18 and Battlefield series. I don't notice any lag. So the CPU 1300X 3900MHz will not bottleneck?

Go to bios and go to boot tab. Select boot from ssd. You might have to format the ssd and reinstall windows.

I got the second 280X a year ago for 80$ and used it for mining but now its not worth it anymore so I use now it for gaming. If I sell both 280X, can I get something with similar performance with the same price?

4.1Ghz is pretty good for a Ryzen CPU, even if temps are low, high voltage can still degrade the CPU. The max is 1.45 recommended by AMD. Mine wouldn't go higher than 3.9Ghz with 1.35v.

Try forcing boot UEFI from BIOS in boot tab. Do you have windows installed on that SSD?

It doesnt exist yet, its not dependent on your CPU, more on your screen and on your graphics card. The max I saw is 2560 x 1440 at 165 Hz from Dell. 4K is at 60Hz for now. Even if it existed, you would need 2K$+ in GPUs to run at 4K 144FPS.
