    Do you have an old PC at home not being used? You can try to plug your graphics card into it and see if the screen turns on. Do not run on it for long because the PSU might be weak.

    What is your ram right now? Is it 2x4 or 1x8? Upgrading to 1x16 is really not worth it and won't solve the bottleneck, you have to get dual channel memory (2 sticks) or a new laptop to decrease the bottleneck.

    I have a RTX 2070 armor and I can't go above 114% power. I can't overclock any further than 130 Mhz because my GPU doesn't get enough power. Why is there a power limit? I have a 750W power supply so why won't Nvidia/Msi let me get better performance?

    Thanks for the tip! The cooler loosened and I could take it off easily after I heated it up! I use the thermal paste included with my 212 X because I'm on a budget lol. I think it dropped by 10 degree's and I can even overclock it with a margin.
