I increased DRAM voltage to 1.65 and no more BSOD. I'll wait a day or two more, and that will be enough to say that the problem is solved. Cpu/NB voltages didn't touch yet.

Also notice when I played a video game (driving game), and then memory high load, but no BSOD or crash.

First I increased DRAM frequency to 1.56V, and I had crash again. I'm now increased to 1.65V, so we'll see. For the CPU and NB frequency there are two sort options "offset" and "manual" setup. Whether to change something about it? Also a strange thing: if the computer stay long in sleepeng mode...
