3200 Mhz is going to be your best bang for the buck with that setup. And since you said you don't want to overclock anything, your RAM is going to be auto limited by the motherboard down to 2933 Mhz anyways.

I use Malewarebytes free plan and have been quite satisfied with it, along with script blocking mentioned above I've never had any issues.

I use Surfbouncer which has always worked well for me. They also have Wireguard which as mentioned above is significantly faster and better at getting past geo-restrictions in places like China.

Yes, 650 watts is fine for that build. I'd personally reccomend the Seasonic Focus. They've always been good reliable PSU's in my experience.
