AMD Cpu's are not ideal for gaming, especially for Skyrim due to weak single core power. And i saw most of the people complaining about Gpu usage drop with Fx-8350 - Gtx 970 couple. I recommend you to get an i5 4590 for ideal gaming.

Fx-8320 Bottlenecks it hard in most situations. You'd better go with i5 4670-90(k) and up for better gaming performance. i5 4590 is acceptable but it can reach about 80% Cpu usage in some games and might cause problems in the future.

I can reach 1575mhz core clock and 7600 mem clock with my strix. Fully stable in game and sythetic tests like firestrike. Still working on stock voltages. (1.210 i believe) don't like pushing memory clock since it is the easiest way to get your card to the grave.
