I have a GTX 550TI that I use in a side computer here at home. Because I mess with componentes a lot I keep the computer open but some hair got in the fan and broke it. What cheap alternatives I can take to cool the GPU down? I still have the heatsink

a have a g31mx-k motherboard, the Max Bus Speed is listed as 1333. Does this means if I connect a 2,6MHz cpu it will throttle at 1,3MHz? Or is it the mas speed it comunicated with my 800MHz ram? Old mobo for work only.

I built a new computer but before and after and installed the drivers the computer started freezing out of nowhere. I ran a BurnIn test and it says on every test that my cpu is reaching 100°C but HWMonitor says the cpu is sitting at around 50³C
