I just got a new PC, everything is set up and working, i even have an internet connection but i cant log in to my router. The default login address was 192.168.0.1 same as the gateway, but now i can't connect for some reason, so any tips on what i should troubleshoot is greatly appreciated...

I reinstalled the software for modding the gaming buttons, and i saw that it still keeps my settings that i have made before uninstalling, so i just restored the settings to default, which means every gaming key unbind and after that i restarted and now i can use my keyboard to get in bios...
