Hye, I forgot to point that out. I have a MSI g45 z87 motherboard and an i5 4670K cpu. I overclocked it before, but I just re-installed windows and now its all greyed out..

So I've been trying to change the CPU Ratio but it's all greyed out and I can't click it.. I've been googling a bit and seen people say I need to change cpu ratio mode to "Manual" but I can't exactly do that when that's greyed out too. Anyone knows a solution? Heres a picture:
