currently have a i5-4690k at 4.5ghz and a 1070 somehow this isn't enough to get more than 200 frames on CSGO so i'm looking for either a fix to help me get better frames because in my opinion this setup should easily be getting at least 250 fps or a processor, mobo, and ram for $400 CAD thanks
